ReMax Electronics ("we", "us") is an independent dealer of used and surplus industrial automation, electrical, and MRO components, located at 101 Thomas Street, Paterson, New Jersey 07503, USA. We are not an authorized distributor of any manufacturer whose products we sell.
Unless stated otherwise, all products are sold as used surplus. Units may carry earlier date codes, series letters, or hardware revisions than factory-current stock. Photographs of the actual unit are available on request before purchase.
Listed prices are asking prices in US dollars and may change without notice. Offers submitted through the site are invitations to negotiate and are not binding on either party until we confirm acceptance in writing and payment is received.
We accept payment by card or PayPal invoice, and by wire transfer or company purchase order for approved business accounts. Title passes on receipt of full payment.
In-stock items normally ship from New Jersey within one business day of cleared payment. Free standard shipping applies to US addresses; expedited and international shipping are quoted at cost. Risk of loss passes to the carrier on dispatch; we will assist with any carrier claim.
The original manufacturer's warranty does not apply to products sold by us. In its place, every unit is covered by our 30-day functional guarantee described in our Returns & Warranty policy. THE FOREGOING IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Programmable products may arrive with or without firmware, and any installed firmware may not be the revision your application requires. We make no representation regarding firmware presence or revision, your eligibility to obtain or license firmware from the manufacturer or its network, or your right to install it. Compliance with any end-user license agreement is the buyer's sole responsibility.
Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a product is suitable for its intended application and for installation by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including production downtime; our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
All product names, brand names, and logos are property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify goods being sold.
