We are not an authorized distributor, reseller, or service partner of Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley, Siemens AG, or any other manufacturer whose products appear on this site, and nothing here implies any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by them.

Date codes and series. Because our inventory comes from the surplus market, a unit may carry an earlier date code, series letter, or hardware revision than what currently ships from the factory or through authorized channels. Where the series letter matters for your application, ask us before buying — we photograph and confirm the label of the exact unit you will receive.

Warranty. Products sold outside a manufacturer's authorized channel are not covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, and that warranty does not apply to anything sold here. In its place, every unit is backed by ReMax Electronics' own 30-day functional guarantee: if it doesn't work on arrival as described, we replace it or refund it.

Firmware on programmable devices. PLCs, HMIs, drives and similar programmable products may arrive with firmware installed, or they may not — and if firmware is present, it may not be the revision your application needs. We give no assurance about firmware presence or revision level, about your eligibility to download or license firmware from the manufacturer or its distribution network, or about your right to install it on this hardware. We do not source or load firmware on a buyer's behalf. Reviewing and complying with any end-user license agreement connected to firmware is entirely the buyer's responsibility.

Trademarks. All product names, brand names, logos and catalog numbers are the property of their respective owners and appear on this site solely to identify the goods being sold.
