The guarantee, in one line

If a unit doesn't work on arrival as described, we replace it or refund it — within 30 days of delivery.

What's covered

• The unit is dead on arrival or fails its documented function within 30 days of delivery under normal use.
• The unit received materially differs from the listing (wrong catalog number, undisclosed damage).

What's not covered

• Damage from incorrect wiring, over-voltage, physical abuse, or installation by unqualified personnel.
• Firmware availability, revision, or licensing issues (see our Terms — firmware remains the buyer's responsibility).
• Change of mind on special-order or sourced-to-order items, unless agreed in writing before purchase.

How to start a return

Email sales@remaxelectronics.com with your order details and a short description (photos or a video help us resolve it fastest). We respond within one business day with an RMA number and prepaid label for covered claims. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the unit arriving back to us.
